We agree the cohort
You tell us how many students, what level, and what window. We set up a cohort space so their work stays grouped and reportable.

Students are vetted like any developer
Same bar as everyone else. They pass the developer screen and complete the Academy tracks, so they arrive knowing the standards, the security controls, and the way sessions run.

Yes. Students are paid the standard developer rate for the job type, in tokens, released after the client approves. Supervision does not reduce their payout.
