1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities on the SUMMON platform (summon.dev), operated by Unstuck Labs LLC. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users, including clients and developers.
Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use SUMMON to create, store, host, or distribute:
- Malware & Exploits: Viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, adware, cryptominers, exploit kits, or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to content related to illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or terrorism.
- Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, self-harm, harassment, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Infringing Content: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Fraudulent Content: Phishing pages, scam websites, deceptive applications, or any content designed to defraud or mislead users.
- CSAM: Any child sexual abuse material. We report such content to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement immediately.
- Non-consensual Intimate Content: Intimate imagery shared without consent, including AI-generated intimate content of real people.
3. Prohibited Behavior
You may not engage in the following activities:
- Abuse & Harassment: Threatening, bullying, doxxing, or harassing other users, developers, or SUMMON staff.
- Scraping & Data Collection: Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written authorization.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Platform, its AI models, or proprietary algorithms.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data that you are not authorized to access, including other users' projects or admin interfaces.
- Service Disruption: Actions intended to disrupt, degrade, or overload the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion.
- Account Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or restrictions. Selling or transferring accounts.
- Impersonation: Impersonating SUMMON staff, other users, or any person or entity.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages, promotional content, or repetitive communications through the Platform.
4. AI Usage Restrictions
When using SUMMON's AI-powered features, you may not:
- Generate code intended to exploit vulnerabilities, create malware, or facilitate cyberattacks.
- Attempt to extract or reconstruct the underlying AI model weights, training data, or system prompts.
- Use AI features to generate content that violates the Prohibited Content section above.
- Systematically probe the AI system to find and exploit weaknesses or bypass safety measures ("jailbreaking").
- Use AI-generated outputs to mislead others about the origin or authorship of code in contexts where disclosure is required.
- Automate AI interactions at scale without prior authorization (see Rate Limiting below).
5. Rate Limiting & Fair Use
To ensure fair access for all users, SUMMON implements rate limits on Platform features:
- AI generation requests are subject to per-minute and per-hour limits based on your plan tier.
- API calls (where available) are rate-limited per account.
- Excessive usage that degrades the experience for other users may result in temporary throttling.
Specific rate limits are documented in our developer documentation and may be updated as the Platform evolves. Attempts to circumvent rate limits (e.g., through multiple accounts or proxy rotation) are a violation of this AUP.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us:
- In-platform: Use the "Report" button available on projects, profiles, and messages.
- Email: Send details to abuse@unstucklabs.com.
Please include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, and descriptions of the violation. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. We do not disclose the identity of reporters.
7. Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: A written notice requiring you to cease the violating activity.
- Content Removal: Removal of offending projects, code, or content.
- Feature Restriction: Temporary or permanent restriction of specific features (e.g., AI access, marketplace participation).
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account for a defined period.
- Account Termination: Permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of credits.
- Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies where appropriate.
The severity of enforcement depends on the nature of the violation, whether it is a first or repeat offense, and the potential harm to other users or the Platform.
